Association management companies (AMCs) generally strive toward full-service contracts with their clients. This means the management company typically provides all of the day to day operational support that keeps the association running. But many associations don’t have the need or resources to justify full service from an AMC.
For this reason, all of the services available to Rocky Mountain Management Services’ full service clients are also available individually, or in bundles. It’s our experience that association management services are more effective when the AMC attends to all of the association’s daily operations, but we’re happy to help with just part of the workload.
