History Robin Childers started Rocky Mountain Management Services (RMMS) in September of 1993 after a number of years in management for a Montana-based charitable non-profit organization and prior experience managing a professional association in Atlanta, Georgia. She was pretty clear about her intentions: she wanted to provide affordable management services to small associations with limited access to such services and create a work environment that fostered creativity and a can do spirit. Since inception, RMMS has served nearly a dozen organizations ranging from charitable non-profits to professional associations with 30 to 3,000 members and budgets of $2,500 to $500,000. Over the years, RMMS has developed long term relationships with a handful of small professional associations.
